Beginnings AN ISO 9001: 2000 COMPANY

The Aroma Story began in 1968, when they used to service submersible pumps for the Agricultural sector, under the banner of K. N. Shah & Co.named after their founder. And today, he and his successors have built the Aroma empire, comprising a wide network of manufacturing plants, sales offices, dealers and distributors, throughout India. Due to pragmatic management policies and rich ideas, Aroma has reached a position of strength. And with R&D support helping in optimizing costs of production, and increasing quality parameters, Aroma has become a name to rely on.

Its modern unplasticised PVC (uPVC) pipes plant is located at Samkhayali, Kutch and is well-connected with all parts of the country. The Company has high-tech machinery and a wellequipped lab with large installed capacity, to manufacture uPVC casing, ribbed casing, column pipe, pressure pipe and plumbing pipe, which is one of the highest capacity plants in the country. Most ground water is aggressive and undergoes changes in chemical composition. Normally, acids, bases and salts are the main causes of corrosion in metals that come in contact with ground water.

High costs, engineering difficulties and the probability of adverse chemical reactions, make it impractical to overcome corrosion and incrustation through the use of protective coating, chemical treatment or cathodic protection. Thus, the use of non-corrosive uPVC for water-well casing and screens, rapidly received approval by the concerned consultants and engineers.
